#6 Sleep is your superpower

   This topic made me re-examine myself. Maybe I shouldn't stay up all night anymore. Sometimes I stay up late to study and only sleep for four hours. When I woke up the next day, not only was the poisonous brain from yesterday not absorbed, but my mental state was also very poor. Sleep is a very important thing. And sleep deprivation can cause permanent damage to the body. This makes me very scared, maybe I should change my life routine.

#5 The first 20 hours

I am the reporter in charge of this topic. From this report, I feel that I have made a little more progress than the first report. When I forgot the words, I worked hard to piece together some sentences. Although the performance is still not very satisfactory, there is still have a long way to go. Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

Procrastination is pretty much my name. I often don't want to face the important things in front of me, because no matter what it is, it will make me feel very painful in the moment. For example, things like homework and exams or even taking a shower. I always think that there is still time to wait and do it later. When the deadline is approaching, the mood will become very anxious. I started to regret that I should have done it sooner, because there was not enough time. To get what needs to be done quickly. Not only was it not very happy, but it was even worse. In order not to let this bad habit continue, I try to set a time to complete the goal in advance, or divide one thing into several small goals. Maybe my procrastination can be alleviated by this.

Two skills about body language

Due to covid-19,lots of people are working from home or having online meetings. We still need our body language to communicate with others when having online meetings. Regarding online meetings,  I think I want to improve "smile"and "gestures".The first one is "smile".Because sometimes we get expressionless and forget to keep smiling.Let others think we are indifferent or not focused on the meeting.And next one is "gestures".Sometimes we forget that gestures attract attention and make others think we are actively participating in the meeting. Perhaps by improving these body language skills, the expression during virtual meetings will get better and better.

Why do delivery apps become so popular now? Any reason?

I think it is mainly because of covid-19 that everyone has reduced human-to-human contact in order to avoid infection. The delivery platform conform to comsumer's favorite , not only can reduce the chance of contact with others, but also very fast and convenient. Whether it is food or fresh groceries, you can rely on the delivery platform to get satisfaction.
